Operating under family ownership since 2002, Hedges House Residential Care Home has established itself as one of the finest and most respected care homes on the Fylde Coast. Originally the residence of one of Queen Victoria’s favourite court photographers, Hedges House retains both character and charm.

All thirty-two comfortable en-suite bedrooms are furnished and equipped to modern hotel standards. All our rooms have Wi-Fi available, Televisions and private bathrooms. Every room has a nurse call system, so our residents can enjoy both room service and reassurance, as we are only a moment away.
In addition to a passenger lift to all floors, residents can take advantage of in-house hairdressing, chiropody, and laundry services. A modern bathing system is on hand for safe, comfortable, and effortless bathing.
All residents have access to a variety of comfortable lounges. These include an air-conditioned garden room, a licensed bar, and a reading area. There is an organ for those residents wishing to play. Our beautifully presented courtyard garden with ample seating, can be enjoyed by residents and families alike.
Only high quality ingredients are used in the preparation of delicious home-cooked food and special dietary requirements are catered for. Snacks and drinks are available throughout the day and if desired, breakfast can be served in the resident’s room.
Our home provides a relaxed and comfortable feel, helping our residents feel at home, from the moment they arrive. We support our residents to continue with the things they love, whilst also providing opportunities to discover something new.
